March Madness

So I finally finished Chapter 8 last night.  The days in between had been busy, so I was glad to finally complete it.  I would have written more, but got side tracked watching NCAA March Madness.   I'm not really a basketball fan as I don't really care what happens in the NBA, but once a year, I put that aside and enjoy watching 64 teams (68 this year) go through a single game elimination tournament.  I must confess I didn't pick brackets this year, but I do have certain teams I am cheering for.  I have one from each conference.  Gonzaga, Notre Dame, Syracuse and Duke, though I know not all those teams will make the final four.  If I had to pick one team, it would probably be Notre Dame, though Gonzaga looked really good last night and the will have their hands full when they play BYU on Saturday.  That is  a game I don't intend to miss.

I started my night out by writing and watching the Leaf game, but once they went down 3-0, I decided to watch some basketball.  I think I caught 3 games last night.  I did however start the next Myra chapter, though I don't think I like what I have so far, so I am going to start it again.  I was only like 100 words in anyways.  I don't have any plans to write tonight, but I will probably be writing all Saturday morning until about noon when more NCAA games come on.  I will probably write a little while I watch as the last 5 minuets of every game lasts about a half hour with timeouts and commercials.  I would like to finish the ninth chapter by Saturday at noon if I could.
