The Holidays Are Over.

It sucks that the holidays are over, but it's also a good thing, as I never really had ambition to do anything because I was so full all the time.  I think we had something like 5 steak dinners along with turkeys and hams over the last week or so.  I feel like I've gained ten pounds and that my drive to do anything other than watch hockey and play Arkham City has vanished.  I didn't even go to hockey last week because I was too lazy.

But now that the holidays are over, I feel I can return to my regular routines and get back to editing.  I'm hoping to go a bit faster as last month I only got 10 chapters completed.  I'm aiming to get at least 15 done this month, but I don't want to rush things.  Some story lines are going through complete overhauls as they now seem inane or out of place to me and as always, the dialogue is seeing major changes.  For some reason, everyone seems to speak so proper in my book.  I need to make them sound more realistic and believable, but I'm getting there.

Anyways, my deadline is still early March and I'll try my best to stick to that, as long as I don't feel I'm rushing through and compromising the story.
