Hockey Tournament

So today was the Magna Hockey tournament in Keswick.  The day started out good, with our 8 am game.  We won 9-0 and I had two goals.  The second game at 2 however didn't go so well.  The team we played was full of Jr A players and even the guys who were older and weren't Jr A players, probably played Jr at some point in their career.  I won't mention the score, but let's just say we had 0.  Our third game at 7:30 was a disaster.  The team wasn't very good, but it appeared that we were wiped from our first 2 games and sitting around all day.  The team we played didn't play 3 games today, so they were much freasher.  I had a goal that the refs didn't see go in, though it was quite obvious to everyone else.

Anyways, I had fun and would do it next year and hope for some more success.  It appears that I am done hockey for the year, which should allow me to concentrat more on my book.  Now I have to go check the score of the Leaf game and the NCAA games.

By the way, I am thinking about making Dagis (Character from my new prologue) a main character.  The only problem is, now I need to write a thrid prologue as this one doesn't really have that cliffhanger to set up the story that I am looking for.  Hope third times a charm.
